The first step in metabolic health coaching involves a comprehensive assessment of your current health status, including factors like your weight, diet, activity level, and well-being history.
Next, we empower you with knowledge. We’ll help you understand the science behind metabolism, nutrition, and weight management.
As part of your metabolic health coaching, your health coach will accompany you to do your grocery shopping (via telehealth) and teach you how to read food labels effectively and make informed, healthy choices while grocery shopping.
You’ll gain valuable skills for confidently navigating the supermarket – understanding ingredients, identifying hidden sugars and unhealthy additives, and selecting nutrient-dense foods that support your metabolic health.
