FAQ

Do you offer only telehealth services?

We offer telehealth services exclusively, providing a convenient and accessible way to receive therapy from the comfort of your own home. This format allows for greater flexibility in scheduling, reduces the need for travel, and can help create a more relaxed and private space for therapy.

Whether you’re managing a busy lifestyle or simply prefer to connect remotely, telehealth makes it easier than ever to prioritize your mental well-being. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and support, no matter where you’re located.

What are your hours?

We understand that everyone’s schedule is unique, so we offer flexible hours to accommodate your needs. While each provider has their own availability, our typical office hours range from 8 AM to 5 PM. We strive to work with you to find a time that fits your schedule, making it easier for you to prioritize your mental health while managing other commitments. If you have specific time preferences, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to find a session time that works for you.

How long are sessions?
Our initial intake session typically lasts 70 minutes, providing ample time to discuss your concerns and begin building a plan for your care. Following sessions are usually 45 minutes, offering a focused opportunity to continue working toward your goals. However, depending on your specific needs, there are other services or situations where session lengths may vary or be adjusted.
Do you take insurance?
Our practice operates as a private-pay outpatient clinic to ensure we can provide the highest quality of care. One of the key benefits of private pay for psychological therapy is the increased privacy and autonomy it offers. You may still be able to submit claims to your insurance company on an “out of network” basis. If you choose to do this, we will provide you with a detailed “superbill” containing all the information your insurer may need to process your claim.
How do I set up an initial appointment?

You can call or email us to schedule a free 15-minute phone consultation. During this brief conversation, we’ll discuss your needs and answer any questions you may have before setting up your first session.

If, after the phone consultation, you’d like to schedule your initial appointment, we can easily arrange it either by phone or email. Then you’ll receive all the necessary documentation through a secure online platform. This ensures that your information is protected while making the process as easy and convenient as possible.

Who do you work with?
We work with both adults and adolescents aged 16 and up, providing a welcoming and inclusive environment for everyone. Our bilingual services are available in both English and Spanish.
